1993
The company is originally established in Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield, as ‘The Computer Shop’ to service both business and residential clients at the start of the internet boom.
1995
The business moves to 118 Boldmere Road and is renamed Boldmere Computers.
2012
Steven Brazier, now current Director, joins the company as an engineer and works up to Service Delivery Manager.
2021
A management buyout sees the company bought by Steven and his brother Anthony, who joins the company as Operations Director.
2022
The investment is secured and the company is rebranded as Bold IT.
2023
The business moves to its new state-of-the-art premises in Tamworth, Staffordshire. Bold IT has quadrupled its turnover and the number of staff since the buyout in 2021, and we’re set to go above and beyond in the coming years.
